2. Booking Payments

Customers may be required to make advance payments for certain bookings. Payments can be made through available payment methods such as online transfer, digital payment, or cash.

3. Cancellation and Refund Eligibility

Customer Cancellation

  • If a booking is cancelled before the driver is dispatched, customers may be eligible for a full refund of the advance payment.

  • If cancellation occurs after the driver has been dispatched, a cancellation charge may be deducted, and the remaining amount (if applicable) may be refunded.

Driver or Service Cancellation

  • If Pooja Tourist Taxi Service cancels the booking due to vehicle issues, driver unavailability, or other operational reasons, customers will receive a full refund of any advance payment.

No Show

  • If the customer does not arrive at the pickup location or fails to respond to the driver within a reasonable time, the booking may be treated as a no-show, and no refund may be issued.

4. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds will generally be processed within 5–7 business days. The refund will be credited through the same payment method used for booking whenever possible.

Refunds may not be provided in the following situations:

  • Incorrect pickup details provided by the customer

  • Customer misconduct or violation of service terms

  • Delays caused by traffic, weather, road conditions, or government restrictions
